In most instances, an estate agent appraisal is suitable for a probate valuation, rather than having to pay for a RICS surveyor report.
Our probate valuation appraisals are free of charge and we cover the whole of the UK.
If you need other specialist valuations (eg cars, antiques, jewellery, art and specialist collections) we can often put you in touch with local specialists.
We sell amenity land, agricultural land, woodland, development land and building plots.
