We are open and contactable 7 days a week, and happily accommodate viewing and valuation appointments on any day, including evenings.
In addition to our traditional estate agency service, we also carry out a large number of specialist probate valuations for executors, beneficiaries and solicitors.
Most ‘mainstream’ properties which we deal with typically range from £100k to £1M.
However, we are happy to assist with properties of any value (for example, we have recently dealt with properties ranging from £25k to £6M).
We are a solid, established, ‘real’ estate agency firm. We are neither an online agent, nor a franchise.
The person you will be dealing with at all times will be a full-time, dedicated and competent property professional with many years of experience.
All valuations and accompanied viewings are carried out in-house (i.e. we do not employ any token local ‘representatives’ or ‘personal agents’.)
