From our office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, we sell throughout Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Although we cover a very large geographical area, we offer a very personal and dedicated service to each individual client.
We handle urban and rural properties, ranging from towns and cities, to hamlets, villages and coastal areas.
We handle a diverse range of properties, including period properties, lifestyle homes, unique/character residences and those with large gardens or land.
Yorkshire is our core area. Over the years, we have helped many hundreds of client sell their properties in Yorkshire.
We cover all parts of Yorkshire – Including North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and East Yorkshire (aka East Riding of Yorkshire).
The region includes the eternally popular Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and East Coast.
Yorkshire boasts vast and beautiful areas of countryside, and is also home to many thriving towns and cities, including: York, Leeds, Sheffield, Harrogate.
The county is full of amazing period properties, with many world famous tourist attractions.
Many buyers move within this region, and we also successfully sell properties in this area to buyers relocating (or ‘moving home’) from London and the South East.

We regularly sell in Cumbria.
The county includes the western parts of The Yorkshire Dales, including Sedbergh and Kirkby Stephen.
We cover all of The Lake District, as well as the towns and villages of South and Central Lakeland (including Kendal, Penrith and Ulverston).

Again, we have had many successful sales for clients in County Durham and Teesdale. Areas we cover include Barnard Castle and Middleton-In-Teesdale.
The area boasts beautiful, and often under-rated countryside, villages and amenities.
Our large area coverage has often introduced buyers to this area, who otherwise would not have discovered it.

Over the years, we have been involved in many successful sales in these counties, particularly for clients with rural and character properties, where the right ‘lifestyle’ buyers may be looking over vast areas for their perfect property.
We can assist clients with property sales in the Peak District all the way up to the border of Scotland, and everywhere in between.

Although we do not actively promote our services in these areas, we will happily (and very effectively) sell here for existing/previous clients, or new clients who have been recommended to us.
We have often successfully stepped in when a local agent has been unable to produce a sale.
Our experience, wider national & regional perspective, and objective analysis of the local markets can help us to provide very useful and successful marketing and strategy advice.
Combining this with the reality of recent years (with almost all buyers now starting their property search online), means that the selling agent (us) doesn’t have to be based in the local town to achieve the best sales.
